At Woodmade.Wonderwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
